PASTA

Our Impasto is made in House using a mix of Semola and 00 Tipo Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt & Love. As Our Pasta is served express,
every single order make sure to specify if you would like it to be served ‘Al Dente’ like a proper Italian!

PIZZA

Our impasto is left at least 50 hours in fermentation and then served to your table, with an high digestible outcome.
Giorgio Sorce has conquered the 87’ Top Pizza Chef in the World and brought his love language to FORTUNA SINGAPORE.
